This is our basic method of Fraud Investigation in which we use our Research and Analysis system to review loan docs with our in house Attorneys and underwriters to find any RESPA and or TILA violations in the loan docs, as well as using a BPO to find over inflated values on the appraisals. We will Audit loans to find cause to force lenders to re-negotiate loan terms. We have a group of attorneys that specialize in mortgage loans.
